GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund through your original payment method.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Currently, we deliver only within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery time. Please note:
- Delivery estimates are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary based on factors such as the delivery location, shipping method, or courier practices.
In certain cases, items may arrive in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery method.
- To view your shipping cost, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas or for oversized items. You’ll be notified of these charges at checkout.
Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address location, as per applicable laws.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING DELIVERY
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives with any damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately at chulbulifoods@gmail.com. We’ll ensure a swift resolution to address your concern.
