If you encounter any issues with your product or have any post-delivery complaints, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In case your order arrives in a physically damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, you must contact us with complete details.

Please note:

  • A clear parcel opening video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect product complaints.

  • The video must show the sealed package being opened from start to finish, without cuts or edits.

  • Complaints raised without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.

Once the required details are received and verified, we will take appropriate action to resolve your concern promptly.

For any delivery-related issues, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our courier partner. We will take appropriate steps to address the situation.

Replacement is provided only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please note the following conditions:

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

  • A clear parcel opening video is mandatory. The video must show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts.

  • Requests without a parcel opening video will not be eligible for replacement.

To process your replacement request, please share:

  • Delivery confirmation message or proof

  • Parcel opening video clearly showing the issue

  • Images of the damaged or incorrect product (if required)

Once verified and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched accordingly.
